Next Monday, April 27th, my colleagues and I will be sharing a little of what we’ve been doing this year in a studio recital. We’re very excited to share the fruits of our labor and hope you’ll join us!
- Monday, 27 April 2015, 8:00pm; Field Concert Hall, The Curtis Institute of Music, Philadelphia, PA. The organ students of Alan Morrison at the Curtis Institute will present a studio recital as part of Curtis’ Student Recital Series. The program is diverse and features music of old and new, familiar and off-the-beaten-path, performed on the Æolian-Skinner organ of 116 ranks. Bryan will be performing Calvin Hampton’s First Suite for Organ and Mozart’s Adagio and Fugue in C Minor, K. 546, transcribed by Jean Guillou. This concert is free, open to the public and will last approximately two hours. More information, including a complete program, can be found here.
